Business owners operating minimum of 2+ years
Business owners with at least two years of operating history have begun establishing the financial foundation lenders require. While stronger positioning often comes with three to four years of documented performance, starting at year two allows you to intentionally structure your business now so that by years three and four, you are fully prepared and qualified to pursue commercial real estate ownership.

An annual revenue level of $250,000 demonstrates that your business has achieved operational stability and consistent market demand. At this stage, there is typically sufficient financial foundation to begin strengthening profitability, improving financial structure, and positioning the business to meet lender requirements. This program is designed to help business owners at this level intentionally prepare for commercial real estate ownership within the next few years.

Currently leasing their space
Businesses that are currently leasing—whether in a leased space, office suite, or coworking setting—are best positioned to benefit from this program because they have an active or near-term need for physical space. Leasing creates a clear opportunity to transition from paying rent to building equity, and this program helps owners strategically prepare for that transition when the timing and financial structure are aligned.

No. This program is not about buying investment properties, flipping buildings, or building a real estate portfolio as an investor. It is specifically designed for business owners who want to purchase the commercial space for their business to occupy. That distinction changes everything about how you qualify, how you structure the deal, and how lenders evaluate your file.
$250K in annual revenue is the minimum threshold to be considered. What matters as much as the number is how your revenue is documented, how your financials are structured, and how consistent your cash flow looks over time. Those are exactly the things this program helps you understand and improve.
Each session is a building block in a sequential process, so consistent attendance is expected and required as part of the cohort commitment. Life happens, and accommodations are handled on a case-by-case basis — but this program asks for your presence, not just your enrollment.
No refunds are issued after acceptance. The deposit and full tuition are non-refundable. This is intentional — the commitment you make to the program is part of the process. We take the selection process seriously so that everyone who enters the cohort is ready to be there.
After attending an information session, you'll submit an application. The selection process looks at your years in business, your revenue, your current leasing situation, and your genuine readiness to commit to the process. Aysha and her team personally review each application to ensure every cohort is composed of aligned, serious owners. Submitting an application is the only way to find out.
